In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water,
you can always go whitewater paddling on Roeliff Jansen Kill River. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Dieterich Pond without first going for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail; camping is available at Interlake Farm Campground.
