This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Do explore Grizzle Ocean in the neighborhood of Devils Washdish, it's a stunning lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Putnam Creek offers some magnificent whitewater. Devils Washdish is a good place of common rainfall; most of the rain falls all through August while February is the month with the least       amount of precipitation. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. There is a brilliant hiking trail in the vicinity of Devils Washdish called the Rock Pond Trail, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites is a perfect choice. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff next to Devils Washdish. Rock Pond Brook is a great local stream. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Devils Washdish has                  to offer, you can camp at Echo Lake Southwoods. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Schroon River. Summertime highs at Devils Washdish typically tend to be in the 70's, and the nighttime is somewhat chillier of course, typically in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Devils Washdish. You'll stumble on a striking lake called Wolf Pond near Devils Washdish, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Short Swing Trail.
