If you need a place to stay Courtyard Saratoga Springs is a tremendous choice; skiing at West Mountain is one of those things you just should do. This lake is so wonderful. Near Devils Pond you stumble on a golf course called Bend of the River Golf Club, and if you come at the right time of year, Hudson River offers some perfect whitewater.       You can never get enough of the fine skiing at Hickory Ski Center, and dry warm beds await you at The Saratoga Hilton. Devils Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is September while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. During the summer months here at Devils Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's, and nighttime                  lows in the 0's for Devils Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Bullhead Pond is a magnificent lake right next door to Devils Pond; the sight of Bald Mountain is striking. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do close to Devils Pond. There's some flowing water close by, Dry Brook is a stream you can stop by while here; a pretty lake like Pickerel Pond is a great place to take a look at.
