Why not stop by Delta Reservoir if you're passing through these parts. A quick tour to Hurlbut Glen Brook next to Delta Reservoir is a great idea, and fine skiing awaits you at Snow Ridge. Mohawk River is a great whitewater spot right next door to Delta Reservoir, and you'll meet a lot of people from Utica-Rome here. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Mohawk Glen Golf Club, and if you need a place to stay Red Carpet Inn Rome is a splendid choice.
