Delmar Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. You'll meet a lot of folks from Albany-Schenectady-Troy here, and you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Hickory Ski Center. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect spot to camp here at Delmar Reservoir is Woodstock Lake Assn-office, and since you're here, you could also stop by pretty Upper Reservoir Bear Swamp. | | of the rain is June, and the driest month is February. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Catskill Mountains is so good! Camping is available at Don Knudsen; a round of golf at nearby Western Turnpike Golf Course is a pleasant way to kill some time. can see Diamond Hill. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Delmar Reservoir. Lower Reservoir Bear Swamp is a nearby lake that you could visit; if you need a location to stay Stardust Motor Inn is a great
choice. The Catskill Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. During the months of summer at Delmar Reservoir highs are frequently in the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 60's. Through the wintertime
this place gets highs in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Delmar Reservoir. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Normans Kill River, and a good close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - SCHENECTADY/ALBANY AREA.
