A splendid close by hotel is Hudson River Partners; while you're here and you like golf, you can go to The Garrison Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Hotel Thayer is a brilliant choice; you are in close proximity to Arden Point while you're here. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Moodna Creek; Delafield Pond is a fine place to camp, Sebago Cabins Harriman is a fine place. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Sterling Forest.

going for a hike along the Stillwell Lake Trail, and the peak of Bare Rock Mountain can be spotted from Delafield Pond. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good neighborhood for people who like lakes. Adolphs Pond is a lake close
at hand; there are perfect places to explore along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Delafield Pond. Arden Brook is a nice local stream, and Beaver Pond is a wonderful campground
here.
Through the summer at Delafield Pond highs are usually in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and overnight lows at Delafield Pond through the wintertime commonly plunge into the 10's.
