Why not stop by Deer Pond if you're passing through these parts. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. Adirondack Trail Motel is a great place to get some rest, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Northville Lake Placid Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Indian Lake Motel is a great spot to spend a night or two; Deer Pond is right by the Sucker Brook Trail.

Deer Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Adirondack Mountains rules! Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but
if it's for you then we recommend Rock River; camping is available at Whispering woods. For the duration of the summertime months here at Deer Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down
to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are typically in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Deer Pond.
