This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Woods Valley, and hey, Stone Dam Creek is a splendid local stream. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a fine time here at Deep Lake. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Deep Lake has to offer, you can camp at Trails       End. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Deep Lake. There's glorious hiking along the Party Trail, and if you've had enough of Deep Lake, Mink Lake is close by. The high level of precipitation makes Deep Lake a rather wet location; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. Deep Lake is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Go for a hike on the Stone                  Dam Trail.
