Beautiful Deep Lake has much to offer visitors. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Adirondack Mountains. You'll meet a lot of folks from Utica-Rome here, and after a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Utica is a great site to spend a night or two. | | month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Deep Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Forty Mountain Trail; Deep Lake is a glorious spot to visit for more than one day, Trails End is a glorious spot to camp nearby. than a day to explore everything Deep Lake has to offer, you can camp at Kayuta Lake Campground, and Deep Lake is right by the Party Trail. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Deep Lake; Stone Dam Trail is a pleasant local
trail; Deep Lake is not the only place nearby, Lake Margarite is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Woods Valley is right next door to Deep Lake, and a fine close by hotel is Super 8 Motel

by Chub Pond, and don't forget to take a fine little tour to Stone Dam Creek. Mulchy Spring is always fun to check out; get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Black River. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Deep Lake. Once
the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Deep Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.
