Stay the night at Tioga Point State Campground, and going for a hike along the Sucker Brook Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This       lake is so wonderful. Deep Lake is a fine site to camp, Browns Tract Pond State Campground is a fine site, and Indian River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. Deep Lake is a wet place that gets a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest. High temperatures at Deep Lake all through the long summer days are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows                  drop down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while Deep Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. Lakes?
