Camping is available at Lander's River Trips; going for a hike on the Crawford Trail is always a good adventure. Davis Pond is a reasonably wet place mostly with a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.       Having a great time at Davis Pond is simple. A fine nearby hotel is Villa Roma Resort Lodges, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not pop by Grassy Swamp Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Mahls Pond is a good lake near Davis Pond, and nearby you locate the Steam Mill Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail. Through the warmest time of the year at Davis Pond temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. The winter                  brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Davis Pond. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Delaware River, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Schiff Trail. East Branch Tenmile River is a delightful place to go to. Why not camp at Kittatiny Campgrounds since you're here at Davis Pond, and the slopes of Ski Big Bear are so inviting noone can resist. This lake is so wonderful.
