All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. Thendara Golf Club is a golf course close to Dart Lake; going for a hike on the Big Deer Pond Trail is always a great adventure. Summertime highs at Dart Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Dart       Lake throughout the wintertime frequently dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Indian River; the snow is good at McCauley Mountain. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There are some good whitewater spots on Moose River - South Branch, and while you're here, do take a tour to Craig Point. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. This lake                  is so wonderful. A magnificent close by hotel is North Woods Inn. Camping is available at Cape Woods Campground, and the Norridge Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Lakes are great; Bubb Lake is a lake that's near Dart Lake; after a long day outdoors Mountainside Lodge is a nice place to spend a night or two. All the water falling down from the sky makes Dart Lake a wet place; the month with most of the rain is August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
