If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Lake George - Turf, Ny is a brilliant choice, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; West Mountain is reasonably near. Playing golf is lots of fun at Green Mansion Golf Course, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Hudson River. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back repeatedly. Hiking is a       popular thing to do around Daggett Pond; Pharoah Mountain Trail is a nice local trail, and there's whitewater on Glen Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. This location rocks, just explore all the fun stuff to do close to Daggett Pond. There's so much to do here at Daggett Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Daggett Lake Campsite is a great place for that, and the snow is wonderful at Gore Mountain. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for                  a wonderful time. If you came to camp Wintergreen Lake Campsite is a magnificent location to do that, and don't leave Daggett Pond without first going for a hike along the Spectacle Pond Trail. Any time is a good time at Daggett Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. While you're here at Daggett Pond you will meet lots of people from close by Glens Falls. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Lake George/Warrensburg Area, and you'll hit upon a wonderful lake called Coon Pond. There's nice hiking along the Oregon Trail; do go to Pack Forest Lake, it's a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. The panorama of Burch Mountain from Daggett Pond is pretty, and let's not forget Burch Brook which is a stream that you may come across while you're here. From a rain point of view Daggett Pond is a rather common spot; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is when it's the driest. During the warm months here at Daggett Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's.
