Daggett Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. If you get bored of Daggett Pond, you could also visit nearby Coon Pond, and don't leave Daggett Pond without first going for a hike along the Oregon Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Daggett Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Bakersfield East Campground is a glorious site for that; you can go for a hike on the Spectacle Pond Trail. paddling on Glen Creek. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Daggett Pond has to offer, you can camp at Wintergreen Lake Campsite. Daggett Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains.
You can never get enough of the
fine skiing at West Mountain, and if you're a golfer then a great close by course is Green Mansion Golf Course. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in close proximity to Daggett Pond. Skiing at Gore Mountain is one of those
things you just ought to do, and Hudson River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Adirondack Mountains. Burch Brook flows through this neighborhood, and fine hiking is available along the Pharoah Mountain Trail.
