Why not stop by Crystal Lake if you're passing through these parts. Econo Lodge West Point is a perfect spot to get some rest, and paddling on Popolopen Creek is so much fun. Much rain falls at Crystal Lake; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Gidneytown Creek is a stream that you may encounter during your stay, and the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail is a great hiking trail nearby.

Golf can be played at Mill Creek Golf Club, and one of the principal highlights of the surroundings of Crystal
Lake is Snake Hill. Head up to Sterling Forest and strap some skis to your feet. At Crystal Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's, and the night is a little cooler of course, usually in the 60's. During the wintertime
highs are regularly in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Crystal Lake drop into the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at K O A-hudson Valley Campground is always a fine experience, and lakes are such serene places, why not have a look at Lake Washington.
