Go to Crossett Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. All year is a pleasant time in the Adirondack Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. If you're visiting Crossett Pond from Glens Falls, you won't be the only one, and Willard Mountain has good slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are good; Inman Pond is a lake that's close to Crossett Pond, and don't leave Crossett Pond without first going for a hike along the Berrymile Pond Trail. The

| | Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Adirondack Mountains. If you need a place to stay The Sagamore is a delightful choice, and Top of the World Golf Course is a tremendous golf course nearby. A great place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Crossett Pond is Hudson River, and at Crossett Pond you can observe Buck Mountain. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. | |

Really wonderful skiing awaits you at West Mountain, and Schroon River is a wonderful whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Crossett Pond that you need to camp here for a while, River
View Campground is a delightful place for that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Crossett Pond; Treadway Mountain Trail is a wonderful local trail. Crossett Pond gets a typical amount of rainfall; August is the wettest month
with most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg is a nice location to get some rest. High temperatures at Crossett Pond throughout the summertime are in the 70's. Once
the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Crossett Pond. Stay the night at Mohawk Campground, and great hiking is available along the Lost Pond Trail.
