This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is unbeatable! You're most likely addicted to lakes, Leonard Pond is one of those close by, and Robinson's Iga is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Ogdensburg-Massena here at Crooked Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular       thing to do around Crooked Lake; The Loop is a splendid local trail, and Jordan River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Crooked Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Crooked Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more amusing things                  to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. Hollywood Mountain can be observed from Crooked Lake It's always glorious to take a look at Jamestown Falls. Jordan River flows through this region; don't leave Crooked Lake without first going for a hike along the Ash Pond Trail. A typical amount of rain falls here at Crooked Lake; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Crooked Lake is a brilliant site to visit for more than one day, Higley Flow State Park is a brilliant site to camp nearby; there's perfect hiking along the Sixmile Creek Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Crooked Lake. This is a delightful area for folks who like lakes.
