Through the summertime months at Crooked Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Crooked Lake are in the 10's. The annual rainfall here at Crooked Lake is about average; during September this area sees the most rain, and the driest month       is February. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Song Mountain is one of those things you just should do; Crooked Lake is not the only place close by, Gatehouse Pond is a close by lake. Any time is a great time at Crooked Lake if you love the outdoors. A journey to Fellows Falls will fill your spirit with wonderful feelings; if you need a place to stay Best Western Tully Inn is a tremendous choice. Camping at Katmai Fishing Lodge is always a brilliant experience,                  and a lake close by is Tracy Lake. Crooked Lake is not far at all from Cortland, and Comfort Inn Cortland is a great site to get some rest.
