Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Crooked Lake. Alder Creek is a perfect place to stop at, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Salmon Lake Trail. There's so much to do here at Crooked Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Natural Bridge K O A Camp Ground is a delightful place for that; the Norridge Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby. The annual rain here at Crooked Lake       is about average; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is typically the driest month. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Crooked Lake has to offer, you can camp at Singing waters Campground, and if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Post Henderson Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by McCauley Mountain; after a long day outdoors                  Brantingham Inn Motel is a great place to spend a night or two. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Beaver River, and Stillwater Motel is a good location to get some rest. McCabe Pond is a brilliant lake close to Crooked Lake, and the snow is wonderful at Snow Ridge. At Crooked Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Crooked Lake descend into the 0's.
