This lake is located in the wonderful Catskill Mountains. Now, you may believe that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Creamery Pond. Drift down the rapids of Kortright Creek in a kayak, and if you need a location to stay Red Carpet Inn on The Lake is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Creamery Pond has       to offer, you can camp at Susquehanna Trail Campsites, and Super 8 Motel - Oneonta/Cooperstown Area is a great place to get some rest. For the period of the warm months at Creamery Pond temperatures are usually in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Creamery Pond during the winter frequently descend into the 10's. Just can't get enough of the                  Catskill Mountains. What would winter be without some skiing at Ski Plattekill, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Oneonta.
