experience; hiking is a popular thing to do around Cranberry Pond; Pine Meadow Trail is a magnificent local trail. Don't leave Cranberry Pond without first going for a hike along the Cannonball Trail, and Bald Mountain is clearly
visible from Cranberry Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a look at North Cape while you're here at Cranberry Pond, and there's splendid hiking along the Kakiat Trail. Lakes are great; Glasmere Ponds is a lake that's in the vicinity of Cranberry Pond; skiing at Sterling Forest is one of those things you just must do.
