Don't leave Cranberry Pond without first going for a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail, and nothing beats kicking back at Old Sebago Beach. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ramapo River;       don't miss out on a tremendous swamp; Bear Swamp is right here at Cranberry Pond. For the duration of the days of summer here at Cranberry Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Cranberry Pond are in the 10's. Having a splendid time at Cranberry Pond is trouble-free. There are good locations to explore along                  the Kakiat Trail, and next to Cranberry Pond you locate a golf course called Apple Ridge Country Club. Taking a little spree to close by North Cape is a wonderful idea. You're perhaps addicted to lakes, Potake Pond is one of those close by, and a day on the slopes of Mt. Peter is just what you need. If you came to camp Baker Camp On Lake Sebago is a great spot to do that, and Stony Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. A great deal of rainfall falls at Cranberry Pond; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
