Beautiful Cranberry Pond has much to offer visitors. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Jiminy Peak. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Cranberry Pond has to offer, you can camp at Broken Wheel Campground. Dry warm beds await you at Jericho Valley Inn, and close by you come across the Williams Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. Cranberry Pond gets a typical amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during May,

A magnificent location for whitewater paddling right next door to Cranberry Pond is Hoosic River, and the Taconic Crest Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Cranberry Pond is not the only spot nearby, South Long Pond is a nearby lake. You could also stop at Dyken Pond if you're here at Cranberry Pond; it's close by, and why not head up to Mount Greylock | |

Ski Club and strap some skis to your feet. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Cranberry Pond is peerless! If you need a location to stay Jiminy Peak is a wonderful choice, and on a great day you can take a hike along
the Southeast Hollow Trail. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Cranberry Pond. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 30's while Cranberry Pond
nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. Poesten Kill River is a great whitewater spot near Cranberry Pond. There's so much to do here at Cranberry Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aqua Vista Valley Campgrounds is a glorious place for that.

I would recomended this campground 110 percent!!!!...alps is the most awesome place to camp.they offer everything and anything there. we saw what they did at the 4th of july and the kids loved it.
