    Many people like to go to Cranberry Pond. A great nearby hotel is Bennington Battlefield Motel, and you're possibly interested in lakes, Dyken Pond is one of those close by. Go for a hike on the Williams Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Greylock Ski Club since you're here. What a location this is for outdoors people. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Hoosic River. There's so much to do here at Cranberry Pond that  
   you need to camp here for a while, Aqua Vista Valley Campgrounds is a pleasant place for that.
This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Taconic Crest Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Poesten Kill River. Cranberry Pond is a good site of common rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Very
 
               striking scenery and pleasant skiing is what you get at Jiminy Peak. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Cranberry Pond has to offer, you can camp at Broken Wheel Campground.
This lake is so wonderful. High temperatures at Cranberry Pond throughout the warm months are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cranberry Pond. Near Cranberry Pond you locate the Southeast Hollow Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail; if you need a location to stay Sedgwick Inn is a wonderful choice.
