Beautiful Cranberry Pond has much to offer visitors. If you need a place to stay Courtyard Lake Placid is a great choice, and Shearer's Riverside Campsite is a good local campground. Nearby lakes? Sure, Giant Washbowl is close to Cranberry Pond, and a day on the slopes of Whiteface Mountain is just what you need. Cranberry Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains.

in lakes, Chapel Pond is one of those nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Econo Lodge Lake Placid is a tremendous site to get some rest, and at Cranberry Pond you can make out Noble Mountain.

for it here in the Adirondack Mountains. The Stimson Trail offers hiking at its best; why not camp at Paradise Pines Camping Resort while you're here at Cranberry Pond. For the period of the long summer days here at Cranberry Pond,
high temperatures regularly get into the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cranberry Pond.
