What would winter be without some skiing at Gore Mountain, and if you've had enough of Corner Pond, Bullhead Pond is nearby. Corner Pond gets a common amount of rain; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Corner Pond is located       in the Adirondack Mountains. If the weather is delightful here at Corner Pond, you can go for a hike along the Sucker Brook Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cedar River. Going for a hike along the Northville Lake Placid Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and Best Western Mountain Lake Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Corner Pond reach the 70's, and all through                  the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Corner Pond temperatures descend to the 0's. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. On a tremendous day at Corner Pond you can take a hike along the Oregon Trail, and the top of Big Pisgah Mountain is easily spotted from Corner Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
