Congers Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. You're almost certainly keen on lakes, Swartwont Lake is one of those nearby; hiking is a popular thing to do around Congers Lake; Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail is a good local trail. Hook Mountain is a peak you can spot from Congers Lake, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sterling Forest. Take a hike on the Breakneck Ridge

| | Trail, and Congers Lake is a fine site to visit for more than one day, Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is a fine site to camp nearby. Throughout the months of summer highs here at Congers Lake get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Congers Lake tend to be in the 10's. Adventures is a brilliant local campground. If you need a place to stay New York City/Nyack Super 8 Motel is a great choice, and you could always discover Long Clove. Congers Lake is a relatively wet place frequently with a lot
of rain; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. A magnificent site for whitewater paddling near Congers Lake is Popolopen Creek, and lots of folks from New York-Newark-Edison come here. If only
every spot had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great world it would be. While you're here at Congers Lake you can play some golf at Manhattan Woods Golf Club, and Ramapo River is a glorious whitewater spot nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Woodtown Trail. Lakes are tremendous; Rockland Lake is a lake that's near Congers Lake. Best Western Nyack On Hudson is a pleasant site to get some rest, and obviously Toms Brook flows through this neighborhood.
