The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. A great deal of rain falls at Clockmill Pond; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Clockmill Pond; Sucker Brook Trail is a delightful local trail, and whitewater paddling is good on Piseco Outlet. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Adirondack Mountains. This place rocks,

| | just check out all the exciting stuff to do close to Clockmill Pond. The peak of Matts Mountain can be distinguished from Clockmill Pond, and Mud Pond is a magnificent lake nearby. Clockmill Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Lake Campground and RV Park is a wonderful local campground. Lakes? Sure, Rock Lake is close at hand. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Adirondack Mountains. Camping | |

at Campsite is always a glorious experience, and during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Amsterdam for sure. At Clockmill Pond throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are
in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Clockmill Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Sacandaga River - West Branch is so much fun, and nice hiking is available along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail.
