Turkey Creek is a lovely stream that is worth checking out, and Clinton Reservoir is near Kirkland Glen which is without doubt worth a visit. During the summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Clinton Reservoir; the night is quite colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights       at Clinton Reservoir are in the 0's. You get a great view of College Hill from Clinton Reservoir, and Hamilton College Reservoirs is a splendid lake nearby. Hit the slopes at Woods Valley in the vicinity, and if you haven’t been to Fort Stanwix National Monument, you have to schedule some time for it since you're here. This lake is so wonderful.
