Soar down the rapids of Ninemile Creek in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mohawk River, and if you need a spot to stay Pinecrest Motel is a great choice. Fort Stanwix National Monument is a very       glorious location to stop by near Clinton Reservoir, and do explore Turkey Creek since you're here at Clinton Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Clinton Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Villages At Turning Stone RV Park is a magnificent place for that; if you're visiting from Utica-Rome, you won't be the only one. During the days of summer here at Clinton Reservoir, high temperatures generally reach the 80's; the overnight is fairly cooler                  of course, usually in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are regularly in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Clinton Reservoir drop into the 0's. Clinton Reservoir gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Westmoreland Golf Club, and a fine sight of charming College Hill is available. Yeah, come here to Clinton Reservoir for a fine time.
