Going for a hike along the Norridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a delightful location nearby is Deadmans Gulch. Camping is available at Singing waters Campground; if you're here you can take a hike along the Twin Lakes Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A great location for whitewater paddling near Cliff Pond is Moose River - South Branch, and in close proximity to Cliff Pond you find a golf       course called Thendara Golf Club. A lot of precipitation falls at Cliff Pond; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. You can never get enough of the good skiing at McCauley Mountain, and it's a wonderful idea to pop by Canachagala Brook. On a delightful day at Cliff Pond you can take a hike along the Salmon Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect close by hotel is Big Rock Cottages, and a splendid                  spot to camp here at Cliff Pond is Cape Woods Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff near Cliff Pond. If you get bored of Cliff Pond, you could also stop at nearby Beaverdam Pond, and after a long day outdoors Daikers Brookside Lodging is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Black River - South Branch is a nice whitewater spot right next door to Cliff Pond, and the top of Higley Mountain is easily seen from Cliff Pond. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Cliff Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
