This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Clear Pond without first going for a hike along the Indian Pass Trail, and Pioneer Village is a brilliant campground here. The Flow is a nearby lake that you could stop at; hey, Gotta ski right? Mount Pisgah is a delightful place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Titus Mountain, and if you came for an overnight stay Donaldson George A and Sons       is a great place to camp. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Adirondack Mountains. Get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Meacham Lake Outlet, and the panorama of gorgeous Jones Hill is splendid. The high level of rain makes Clear Pond a pretty wet location; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is usually the driest month. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in                  the Adirondack Mountains. A perfect close by hotel is Hotel Saranac; there's whitewater on Salmon River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Any time is a magnificent time at Clear Pond if you go for the outdoors. If you need a place to stay Ampersand Bay Boat Club is a glorious choice, and there are delightful locations to explore along the Schwartz Trail. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. During the summer months at Clear Pond temperatures are typically in the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Clear Pond.
