Take a hike on the Dividing Ridge Trail, and Duck Hole is very near and is a great place to stop by. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Schroon River, and Clear Pond Mountain is easy to spot from Clear Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Clear Pond is a great location to       camp, Paradise Pines Camping Resort is a great location, and a fine close by hotel is Mountain Pines Motel. This place, Clear Pond, it simply has so much outdoors cool stuff. Clear Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Yeah, come here to Clear Pond for a great time. The Branch is a glorious whitewater spot near Clear Pond, and the snow is great at Whiteface Mountain. During the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 70's at Clear Pond.                  When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are typically in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Clear Pond sink into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. It's a wonderful idea to check out Big Sally Brook, it's near Clear Pond; Elk Lake is a delightful lake close by. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Clear Pond is right by the Elk Lake Marcy Trail, and on a delightful day you can visit Jones Beach. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Clear Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is when it's the driest. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Dix Trail, and if you need a location to stay Blue Ridge Motel is a great choice.
