For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at City of Rome Reservoir reach the 80's, and the night is quite colder of course, regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for City of Rome Reservoir. Float down the rapids of Mohawk River in a kayak; Quality Inn Rome is a tremendous place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Stace Hill is pretty and       can be distinguished from City of Rome Reservoir; Snow Ridge is a very popular ski area in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Beaver Creek Golf Club is a good golf course nearby, and if you need a site to stay Paul Revere Lodge is a tremendous choice. So many fun things in close proximity to City of Rome Reservoir, clearly incredible. Fort Stanwix National Monument is one of the destinations near City of Rome Reservoir that are magnificent to go to,                  and why not camp at CMA Campground while you're here at City of Rome Reservoir. Don't forget to take a great little visit to Christian Brook, and if you came for an overnight stay Villages At Turning Stone RV Park is a perfect site to camp. Paddling on Fish Creek - East Branch is so much fun, and you can hit the slopes at Woods Valley close at hand.
