Christie Reservoir is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Moreau Lake State Park is a delightful place to camp nearby; if you get bored of Christie Reservoir you could also stop at nearby Dority Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Willard Mountain; Christie Reservoir is not the only spot close by, Sardersberg       Reservoir is a close by lake. West Mountain is a good local ski area, and if you come at the right time of year, Hudson River offers some wonderful whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend close by Tee-Bird Country Club, and if you need a place to stay Queensbury Hotel is a glorious choice. Christie Reservoir is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain while February is commonly the driest                  month. Just can't get enough of Christie Reservoir. A glorious nearby hotel is Americas Best Inns-Glen Falls/Queensbur; Haviland Cove Beach is a beach close by that you can go to. Summertime at Christie Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and the overnight is quite cooler of course, typically in the 50's.
