If you need a place to stay Glens Falls/Queensbury Super 8 Motel is a pleasant choice; West Mountain has good slopes and a friendly staff. Time spent at Haviland Cove Beach near Christie Reservoir is always delightful, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Glens Falls here. L G Campsite and R V Sales is a fine local campground, and get your heart beating on the       glorious whitewater of Hudson River. A brilliant close by hotel is Ramada Inn Glens Falls, and Moreau Lake State Park is a brilliant campground nearby. Any time is a great time at Christie Reservoir if you fancy the outdoors.
