If you like lakes and you're in this part of New York you can check out Chodikee Lake. Paddling on Rondout Creek is so much fun; during your visit here you'll meet some people from Kingston for sure. During the warm days of summer at Chodikee Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Chodikee

All the water falling down from the sky makes Chodikee Lake a wet spot; through May this area sees the most rain while February is generally the driest month. Just can't get enough of Chodikee Lake.
