High temperatures at Chisholm Pond through the summer months are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Chisholm Pond. Looking for some flowing water? Try Roaring Brook; Kortright Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close       by. This lake is so wonderful. Pioneer Trails is a fine campground here; Hampton Inn Oneonta is a wonderful spot to get some rest. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff near Chisholm Pond. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Treadwell Creek, and a round of golf at nearby Ouleout Creek Golf Course is a brilliant way to kill some time. Just can't get enough of the Catskill Mountains. Lots                  of people from Oneonta come to Chisholm Pond, and a splendid close by hotel is Knott's Motel On the Lake. And that's not all you can do here in the Catskill Mountains. Camping at Chisholm Pond is magnificent fun, Unadilla/I-88 KOA is a magnificent local campground; a lake close by is Bourn Pond. The Catskill Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
