There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Great Chazy River, and camping at Blue Haven Camp Ground is always a good experience. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Chazy Lake. A magnificent location to camp here at Chazy Lake is Douglas Corp Of Silver Lake; Birch Tree Lodge is a glorious spot to get some rest. If you need a site to stay Northern Adirondack Comfort is a brilliant                  choice, and if you're here you must pop by Eagle Point. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Saranac River offers some good whitewater; people from Plattsburgh love to come here. During the warm months at Chazy Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Chazy Lake. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. On a nice day at Chazy Lake you can take a hike along the Schwartz Trail, and skiing at Whiteface Mountain is one of those things you just must do. This lake is so wonderful. Topknot Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Chazy Lake.
