Chatiemac Lake is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Round Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Oregon Trail. Black Mountain Brook is a wonderful stream that is worth taking a look at, and Edwards Hill is clearly visible from Chatiemac Lake. The warmest time of the year brings       highs in the 70's to Chatiemac Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Chatiemac Lake descend into the 0's. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Chatiemac Lake; during August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is excellent! After a long day outdoors Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a delightful site to spend a night or two, and Chatiemac Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Dippikill Office is a wonderful local campground. You just should fancy Chatiemac Lake.
