If you like lakes and you're in this part of New York you can check out Chatiemac Lake. Chatiemac Lake is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Round Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Oregon Trail. month of the year is February. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is excellent! After a long day outdoors Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a delightful site to spend a night or two,
and Chatiemac Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Dippikill Office is a wonderful local campground. You just should fancy Chatiemac Lake. You can run the rapids of Hudson River close to Chatiemac Lake; camping at Smoke Rise Campsites is always a fine experience.
