It's always fun to stop by Lake Charlotte. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Utica is a great choice, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Stone Dam Trail. In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Black Creek. If the weather is fine here at Lake Charlotte, you can go for a hike along the Party Trail, and since you're here, you could also have a look at picturesque

High temperatures at Lake Charlotte during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Lake Charlotte drop into the 0's. Charlotte you can take a hike along the Forty Mountain Trail; you'll discover a beautiful lake called Lake Gay.
The high level of rain makes Lake Charlotte a reasonably wet spot; August is when you get the most rain here, and
the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of people from Utica-Rome come to Lake Charlotte, and skiing at McCauley Mountain is one of those things you just have to do. Man, is there loads of entertaining stuff
to do near Lake Charlotte. Black River is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Lake Charlotte. There's so much to do here at Lake Charlotte that you need to camp here for a while, Trail's End Campground is a great location
for that.
Red Roof Inn Utica is a great place to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Charlotte has to offer, you can camp at Trails End. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Adirondack
Mountains. You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Woods Valley; do visit Big Brook if you're here at Lake Charlotte.
