This lake is so wonderful. Near Chapel Pond you locate the Leach Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. John's Brook is a nice whitewater spot in close proximity to Chapel Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard Lake Placid. For the duration of the summertime at Chapel Pond highs are ordinarily in the 70's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs       are commonly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Chapel Pond are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail near Chapel Pond called the Stimson Trail, and if you came to camp High Peaks Base Camp is a brilliant place to do that. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. You get a pleasant sight of Noonmark Mountain from Chapel Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Econo Lodge Lake Placid is                  a splendid choice. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ausable River - East Branch. There's so much to do here at Chapel Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Paradise Pines Camping Resort is a fine site for that. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Chapel Pond. Icy Brook is a wonderful place to take a look at. Lakes are great; Giant Washbowl is a lake that's near Chapel Pond. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Chapel Pond gets a common amount of annual rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
