Be careful coming to Chamber Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. There's so much to do here at Chamber Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Nicks Lake Campgrounds is a good place for that, and Knights Inn Little Falls is a fine spot to get some rest. This is a brilliant neighborhood for people who like lakes. Second Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and soar down the rapids of       Moose River - South Branch in a kayak. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Chamber Lake highs are usually in the 70's while night lows are usually in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's while Chamber Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Very pretty scenery and good skiing is what you get at McCauley Mountain, and there is a wonderful hiking trail close                  by called the Stone Dam Trail. That right there is a load of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Adirondack Mountains has it all. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby First Lake, and a cool spot to have a look at is Bisby Lodge. Chamber Lake is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Be careful coming to the Adirondack Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Do schedule some time to visit Deer Bay in the neighborhood of Chamber Lake if you have a chance, and going for a hike on the Forty Mountain Trail is always a good adventure. If you come at the right time of year, Black River - South Branch offers some pleasant whitewater, and the view of Golden Stair Mountain is scenic. All the water falling down from the sky makes Chamber Lake a wet spot; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
