This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of Cedar River in a kayak, and going for a hike on the Oregon Trail is always a delightful adventure. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. Through the summer at Center Pond highs are typically in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down       into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's; night lows at Center Pond all through the wintertime mostly dip into the 0's. This place, the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. There are other places here than Center Pond, for example John Pond, and stop by nearby Mud Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Hoss's Country Campground since you're here at Center Pond, and not far from Center Pond                  you'll come across Clear Pond which is a striking lake. From a precipitation point of view Center Pond is a pretty normal place; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is mostly the driest month. Camping is available at Cedar Pond Campground, and there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Northville Lake Placid Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area next to Center Pond has to offer. Some close by water includes Beaver Meadow Brook, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Indian River. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Adirondack Mountains.
