Man, is there a heap of entertaining things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. There are great places to discover along the Northville Lake Placid Trail.
You'll need more than a day to explore everything Catlin Lake has to offer, you can camp at Whispering woods. There's so much to do here at Catlin Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blue Jay Campsites is a perfect place
for that, and if you need a spot to stay Mountain View Farm Long Lake is a magnificent choice. Go for a hike on the Indian Pass Trail, and after a long day outdoors Corner Motel is a delightful spot to spend a night or two.
