In New York there are many beautiful lakes, Carry Pond is one of them. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. The high level of rainfall makes Carry Pond a pretty wet place; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. Going for a hike on the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail is always a splendid adventure; if you came for an overnight stay Tioga Point State Campground is a brilliant

So much entertaining stuff in the Adirondack Mountains, just inspiring. Buell Brook flows through this area, and Cedar River is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Near Carry Pond you locate the Northville Lake Placid Trail which is a fine hiking trail; in the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moose River - South Branch.

bountiful here at Carry Pond. The peak of Onion Hill can be spotted from Carry Pond; during your journey here you'll meet some people from Gloversville for sure. Summertime at Carry Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and
the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, frequently in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Carry Pond. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Adirondack
Mountains. The Sucker Brook Trail is a wonderful hiking trail close to Carry Pond, and Hoss's Country Campground is a delightful local campground.
