Why not stop by Carey Marsh if you're passing through these parts. Throughout the months of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Carey Marsh while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Carey Marsh. An average amount of rainfall falls at Carey Marsh; most of the rain falls during August while February is regularly the driest month. Why not camp at Shearer's Riverside

This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Town of Schroon Golf Club not far from Carey Marsh, and Goose Pond is a great lake nearby. A gorgeous lake like Spectacle Pond in the neighborhood of Carey Marsh is a great spot to go to, and a good close by hotel is The Sagamore. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is abundant here in the Adirondack Mountains. | |

Whitewater paddling is nice on The Branch, and going for a hike on the Peaked Hill Trail is always a great adventure.
Carey Marsh is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Schroon River has
a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by, and Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel is a good spot to get some rest. A wonderful site to camp here at Carey Marsh is Medcalf Acres Campsite, and don't leave Carey Marsh without first going
for a hike along the Long Swing Trail.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Carey Marsh. Linsey Falls is always fun to check out, and beaches are pleasant and Jones Beach is no exception. I don't
want to stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Carey Marsh. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Don't forget to take a look at Grosvenor Bay since you're here at Carey Marsh, and Gooseberry Hill is beautiful and can be distinguished from here.
