High temperatures at Canoe Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Canoe Lake. Canoe Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. At       Canoe Lake you always meet someone from Hudson; after a long day outdoors Inn at Leeds is a great place to spend a night or two. Camping at Woods Road Campsite is always a perfect experience, and Canoe Lake is not the only place close by, Black Lake is a close by lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area near Canoe Lake has to offer. You can run the rapids of Potic Creek River close to Canoe Lake. Get your pulse rate up                  on the great whitewater of Catskill Creek, and Austin Glen is in the neighborhood, and is a nice spot.
