Piseco Outlet is a great whitewater spot close to Canary Pond, and a glorious swamp near Canary Pond is Cole Rooney Flow. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. You can run the rapids of Sacandaga River - West Branch in the vicinity of Canary Pond, unsurprisingly you could also go to Mud Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful.       You'll meet a lot of folks from Gloversville here, and Canary Pond is a wonderful spot to visit for more than one day, Campsite is a wonderful spot to camp nearby. Summertime highs at Canary Pond typically tend to be in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Canary Pond. Canary Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. If the weather is pretty,                  you acquire a great view of Moose Mountain from Canary Pond, and close by you stumble on the Sucker Brook Trail which is a great hiking trail. Canary Pond is a wet place that gets a large amount of rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while February is frequently the driest month.
