Sure, Miller Lake is in the neighborhood. You simply must check out The Ledges if you're here at Campbell Lakes, and a tremendous place to camp here at Campbell Lakes is Cedar Valley Campsite. Fish Creek - East Branch is a splendid whitewater spot       near Campbell Lakes, and dry warm beds await you at Oneida Super 8 Motel. Campbell Lakes is a good place of typical rain; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the summer highs here at Campbell Lakes reach the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime                  at Campbell Lakes temperatures descend to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lebanon Reservoir Campground while you're here at Campbell Lakes, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Binghamton-Vestal Pky is a glorious place to spend a night or two.
