For you golfers we recommend close by Craig Wood Golf & Country Club. A typical amount of rain falls here at Cameras Pond; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest       month of the year is February. After a long day outdoors Swiss Acres Inn is a glorious place to spend a night or two; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Ausable River - West Branch. On a splendid day at Cameras Pond you can take a hike along the Indian Pass Trail, and what would winter be without some skiing at Whiteface Mountain. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Cameras Pond is unbeatable! While                  you're here at Cameras Pond you can take a hike along the McKenzie Pond Trail, and Adirondak Loj is a glorious campground here. For the period of the summertime at Cameras Pond highs are commonly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Cameras Pond temperatures plunge to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Best Western Mountain Lake Inn is a good choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Pioneer Village is a splendid place to camp. Cameras Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Adirondack Mountains.
