Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ouleout Creek; Elk Mountain is a wonderful local ski area. Randall Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. While you're here at Busfield Pond, you could also explore pretty Hancock Reservoir; Bear Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at.       Busfield Pond typically gets a lot of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at West Branch Angler and Sportman is always a great experience; from Busfield Pond you get a tremendous vista of Coon Hill. Hancock Golf Course is a golf course in the neighborhood of Busfield Pond; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Sidney is a magnificent place                  to spend a night or two.
