This lake is so wonderful. A glorious vista of lovely Lawson Top is available from Burp Lake. Lakes are wonderful; Black Creek Lake is a lake that's near Burp Lake. Whitewater paddling is perfect on West Canada Creek, and don't leave Burp Lake without first going for a hike along the Party Trail. At Burp Lake       all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. During the winter highs are generally in the 20's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Burp Lake tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Black River - South Branch has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things the area next to Burp Lake has to offer. Not far from Burp Lake, you'll hit upon Mill Creek Lake which is a scenic lake; a day on the slopes of McCauley Mountain is just what you need. Burp Lake is located in the Adirondack Mountains.
