High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Burden Lake. Stay the night at Dingman's Campgrounds; get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater                  of Poesten Kill River. Knights Inn Castleton on Hudson/Schodack is a magnificent place to get some rest, and Burden Lake is right by the Southeast Hollow Trail.
