The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Take a hike on the Stimson Trail. There's so much to do here at Bullet Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Shearer's Riverside Campsite is a fine place for that. All through the summertime, highs frequently are in the 70's at Bullet Pond. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night       lows at Bullet Pond during the winter typically descend into the 0's. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Weston Trail, obviously you could also take a look at Giant Washbowl if you're here; it's not far at all. Bullet Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Bullet                  Pond. Hiking along the Leach Trail is splendid fun, and on a delightful day you acquire a great panorama of Noble Mountain from Bullet Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Whiteface Mountain is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, and in case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ausable River - East Branch. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a great time.
