Big Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and you can go for a hike on the Long Swing Trail. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area near Bullet Pond has to offer. Trout Brook River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby; close by you come across the Spectacle Pond Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to       spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Gore Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Town of Schroon Golf Club, and if you need a site to stay Chamlar Lodge & Cottages is a nice choice. All through the long summer days at Bullet Pond highs are frequently in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's                  overnight here at Bullet Pond. Bullet Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. A great site to camp here at Bullet Pond is Paradise Pines Camping Resort, and Davis Motel & Cottages is a splendid place to get some rest. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on The Branch, and going for a hike on the Peaked Hill Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Having a good time in the Adirondack Mountains is uncomplicated. Here at Bullet Pond you can observe Beech Hill, and camping at Blue Ridge Falls Campsite is always a magnificent experience.
